Résumé |
Le phéochromocytome est une tumeur neuroendocrinienne, rare dans la population générale et exceptionnelle chez l’enfant. Ses manifestations cliniques sont diverses et disparates, ce qui explique la difficulté et le retard du diagnostic. Les auteurs rapportent l’observation clinique d’une enfant porteuse d’un phéochromocytome bilatéral révélé par un accident cérébral ischémique. |

Summary |
Pheochromocytoma is a neuroendocrine tumor. It is a rare tumor and exceptional in childhood. The clinical manifestations are protean. The diagnosis may be difficult and delayed. The authors report the clinical observation of a child with a bilateral pheochromocytoma revealed by an ischemic stroke. |
